Bonaire works closely with new customers during the installation of products such as REVPORT™ to map data flows and ensure that the software is fully functional upon acceptance. Each new account is assigned a team of two to four professionals, including a project manager and a business analyst, to coordinate the implementation and installation REVPORT™ software. These professionals are supported as necessary by other members of Bonaires product development and client services teams.

During the functional analysis phase of the process, the project manager and business analyst meet frequently to determine the exact scope and scale of the clients product needs. This process is followed by an extensive technical analysis of the clients systems, including file mapping and a review of the file formats required to extract data from existing repositories and populate any current reporting systems. At the end of this process, Bonaire typically installs the base REVPORT™ software and any licensed add-on modules.
