Our employees are all experienced financial services project managers and analysts having strong accounting and business skills. We know our products and understand the clients business issues and requirements based on having completed many successful product installations.

We also employ a proven and structured implementation methodology:

• Iterative Approach with active client involvement
• Strongly emphasizes reusable and configurable components
• Key project phases and project planning to ensure the success of an enterprise-wide implementation

Once implemented we also assume full responsibility for the on-going client support, maintenance and enhancements/upgrades. This is accomplished with our own dedicated in-house client services group.

If a client has other business or technology needs outside of our products, we also have a dedicated Professional Consulting Services group that provides consulting on an as needed basis. This consulting is focused exclusively on the financial services industry with consultants bringing many man-years of IT and product experience to assist our clients.
