Bonaire Software Solutions Principal and CEO, Mr. John not only guides corporate direction, but utilizes his vast financial services and technology background to take an active role in enhancing perspective and insight of client projects.

Mr. John has over 18 years of experience in building, implementing and supporting financial service applications with a strong emphasis on Client Server and Web Application Deployment. Prior to his current role, Mr. John was the Director of Fixed Income Trading Systems for Bank Boston Robertson Stephens. There he was responsible for major technology development and implementation projects associated with Fixed Income Trading activity in the Global Markets Division. He has extensive experience project managing multi-tiered application solutions on behalf of the corporate bank.

Specific applications deployed in recent years include:

• CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation system)
• Asset & Loans Securitizations Systems
• Web Based Order Delivery Platform for corporate customers trade delivery
• Customer Access Information Port
• 3rd Party solution for customers to access confirmation and statement information online
• Deal Tracking System used by wholesale bank to track deal and contact information
• Global Treasury Web Site - report and rate distribution bank wide
• Euro Web Site - in support of the European Currency Unification

Prior to joining Bank Boston, Mr. John was responsible for Treasury Trading Technology at State Street Bank. There he managed the upgrade and infrastructure to support Client Server Trading Applications for Global Treasury.

Mr. John holds a BA in Finance from Providence College and an MBA from the Babson Graduate School of Business.

In his role at Bonaire, Mr. Gallardo leads the technology and development team to help customers formulate technical solutions to business challenges.

Just prior to joining Bonaire Software Solutions, he was Vice President of Technology at State Street's Financial Markets Group where he worked with the Global Treasury, Money Markets, Securities Lending and Trade Banking business divisions providing technology solutions for the institution. Mr. Gallardo also managed the development and deployment of mission critical enterprise applications in major financial centers around the world, such as Boston, London, Munich, Sidney, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

He has extensive technical expertise that includes the following areas:

Mr. Gallardo is a Cum Laude graduate of Polytechnic Institute of New York and earned scholarship awards to attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he received his master's degree in mechanical engineering specializing in Robotics. He proceeded to earn a Professional Engineering Degree (PeD) specializing in Neural Networks and Robotics from Columbia University.

Mr. Bosley joined Bonaire Software Solutions, LLC in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. At Bonaire Mr. Bosley negotiates new customer contracts, oversees the day-to-day operations and provides strategic direction for the company. Prior to joining Bonaire, Mr. Bosley was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Sales and Distribution at GoldK, Inc. (2001-2004), a Boston based business process outsource for the retirement and financial services industry. GoldK was the industry leading, Internet based record keeping and administration platform for 401(k) processing for small and mid-size corporate plan sponsors. Mr. Bosley also co-founded in 1986, and remains a partner in, Wind River Capital Partners, LLC. Wind River functions as a business architect, focused on providing integrated venture strategy, business acceleration and merchant banking services to privately held companies. Mr. Bosley holds a B.A. from Ithaca College

Mr. Dench joined Bonaire Software Solutions, LLC in 2004 as Vice President of Finance. At Bonaire Mr. Dench is responsible for the day-to-day financial, accounting and administrative objectives of the company. Prior to joining Bonaire, Mr. Dench held CFO, controller and financial management positions at IXION Technologies and Acushnet Rubber Company. Mr. Dench has twenty-one years experience in financial positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Dench holds a B.S. from the Bryant College.
